So impressed with Starwood's ability to confidently handle our cat's move from Florida to London, and in our case in a relatively short window that included the holiday season! Their knowledge and experience with pet travel from the US to the UK was clearly evident. At the very start, Ben recognized that due to Mandy's age of 14 yrs, he could have an older non-compliant microchip that would need updating, which would then also require a rabies booster at least 3 weeks before travel. Knowing this early on, we were able to get it all done on schedule and the Starwood team was brilliant in working with the vet to finalize all the paperwork and arrange for short term boarding and airport transport in Miami, plus handling a cancellation by the airline that delayed travel by a day. We are grateful for all of the advice and ensuring that we had the right equipment, paperwork and travel arrangements in place, and for Sarah's excellent communication throughout!
